2008- Mikhail Gorbachev & Irina Virganskaya

Mikhail Gorbachev (1931-2022) was the last leader of the Soviet Union and received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1990. Together with his daughter Irina, he received the plaque for his humanitarian work and commitment to social renewal.
