Kerkrade in Figures 2024

Foreword

Nowadays much data about the municipality of Kerkrade can be found on the Internet, through various websites. With this large supply also comes the risk of a fragmented or distorted picture. This reference work brings together objective data on a wide range of topics. This provides a coherent picture without suggesting that it is complete.

This reference work focuses on figures for calendar year 2024 at the municipal level. Here, connection has been made to the programs from the municipal budget and accounts. Time series are available for several tables, which can be provided by sending an e-mail to gemeentehuis@kerkrade.nl.

Reference is also made to the website Parkstad in Cijfers, where data from all municipalities in the City Region of Parkstad Limburg can be consulted interactively.

For a better fit of data to the current situation, suggestions and additions are welcome at any time. We thank all organizations and institutions for their cooperation in compiling this edition.
