Consultation Hours for Youth Services, Wmo, and Volunteer Work in Kerkrade-Oost
Did you know that you can come to our consultation hours with questions about youth care, the Wmo, or volunteer work? Every Tuesday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., you can visit the information desk at the Sjevemethoes or the Patronaat. Staff members are there to work with you to find solutions to your questions about youth care, the Wmo (Social Support Act), and volunteer work.
Of course, you can also submit a Wmo report or a youth care application online. Would you rather call? You can do so on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. by dialing 14 045.
How does it work?

An Impuls volunteer will listen to your question and work with you to explore your options. This volunteer is very familiar with the local resources in the neighborhood. - Referral to an Impuls professional and neighborhood counselor
Do you need more help, or do you have a complex question? If so, you’ll be referred to an Impuls professional who will work with the neighborhood counselor to address your request for assistance. - Customized solution
Do you need anything else, such as a special service? If so, the neighborhood counselor will assist you and file an official application.
