St. Rochusstraat & Graverstraat

Eight new homes are being built in the Spekholzerheide neighborhood, near Carboonplein. The project consists of three types of homes:

  • semi-detached homes;
  • row houses;
  • semi-detached homes.

The homes are energy-efficient (energy label A+++), completely gas-free, and equipped with radiant floor heating, a heat pump, and solar panels. As a result, the project aligns with the municipality’s goal of adding sustainable, high-quality homes to the existing neighborhood.
