You can arrange many things yourself online. For this you need DigiD.

In some cases, you still need to make an appointment at the counter in the City Office. For example, for placing your signature, issuing passport photo and having fingerprints taken on a travel document.

Business owners, notaries, lawyers and healthcare institutions can also apply digitally on behalf of their clients. You will need eRecognition for this.
