Annual parking pass for disabled parking permit holders

How does it work?

With both the handicapped parking permit and the annual parking permit behind the windshield, the driver may park for free in a paid parking lot. Thus, the driver does not have to pay the hourly rate. The holder of the disabled parking card lives in Kerkrade.

The regulation applies only to parking spaces along roads where prepayment is available.

In the parking lots Kloosterraderplein, Europaplein, Kerkplein, Theaterplein and Einderdek, and in the Orlandopassage parking garage, you cannot park for free with a disabled parking permit and annual parking permit.

What to do?
