Neighborhood Management

A neighborhood that is clean, whole and safe. Wijkbeheer, part of the Urban Management Department, is your point of contact for the management and maintenance of your living environment. You can contact the staff of Wijkbeheer with questions and reports in the areas of street lighting, public green spaces, bicycle and footpaths, street work, sewers, litter and slipperiness.

For the Department of Neighborhood Management, contact the municipality. You can also report issues such as a loose sidewalk tile, litter, overdue green maintenance or odor nuisance to the municipality(report living and living environment).

Cluster Leaders

There are three neighborhood management cluster leaders who, together with their team, are responsible for management and maintenance in several neighborhoods. On the map below you can see which cluster leader is responsible for the maintenance of public space in your neighborhood.

Responsibilities Neighborhood Management

Sewerage (including house connections), accessible roads, sidewalks and bike paths, public green spaces and trees, dog walking areas and implementation of dog policy, sports fields, weed control

. In addition, District Management is responsible for the management and maintenance of:

  • public play facilities, benches, etc.

  • chapels and wayside crosses
